Incredible quality, healthy, breakfast and warm friendly, helpful staff

A hidden gem in Hua Hin, slightly off the main street. Excellent value, food, service. Massive rooms, healthy food, pool, rooftop deck to watch the sunset over the mountains, or sunrise over the water. Security guard, electronic cards, good area.

Probably the worst thing I could say is that there is no lift and the pool and restaurant are on the fourth floor. So get some steps in to start your day

There're only 5 rooms so it's so quiet and private. Breakfast doesn't have many choice but has very good quality. If I go to Huahin again, this place would be my choice.

This is a hidden gem inside the beach area of Hua Hin. The owners/staff are so friendly and accommodating, they make you feel like family. It is a quiet area and walkable to the Hua Hin night market. Spacious room looking out onto the Gulf of Thailand.

Room was fantastic , Breakfast was all that you need, choice of a selection of cooked meal ,plus you also have fruit ,cereal , coffee, toast .the staff were very friendly and always keen to help. Has a great rooftop but sadly doesn't get used enough to enjoy its full potential. pool was great but right in front of kitchen area so no real privacy. the Dune was clean as and rooms were large and comfortable .

later time to be able use the pool ,and rooftop to set up to lounge about .

Very stylish building with spacious, very clean and nice rooms! Excellent food, made with love by very caring staff. Felt super comfortable and enjoyed the pool and the rooftop as well! Located close to the sea and not far from the vibrant part of Hua Hin. Will come back again!

There is nothing to complain. I would prefer a dinner option as well.

Very small (5 rooms) hotel. Enormous bathtub and copious scalding hot water. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Nice top floor pool, and very small (but adequate) restaurant/breakfast area. Staff happy to provide ice on demand.

"Free Parking" is on street... happily it's not a busy area. Breakfast is good but essentially vegetarian, generous portion of smoked salmon, though! No alcohol available on site, no convenience store nearby. Restaurants nearby are poor or overpriced, or both.

Too many. Where to start… Location is awesome - very close to the beach, quiet but there are restaurants and convenient stores nearby: Bed is very comfy; AC works very well; the bathtub and shower are amazing; service is perfect; breakfast is very healthy and delicious; etc.

I couldn’t connect to the wifi during my stay but I found this problem late at night and I have plenty of data with my mobile phone so I didn’t communicate this issue with the hotel staff. It should be fine I guess but next time when I stay here (yes will come back for sure) I will check wifi connection first.

I was in room 5, very recommended, with a nice poarch facing the ocean (not a full view but good enough).The staff is amazing, such nice people and will help you with any tho ING you need.Nice pool and roof to relax if that is what you are looking for.Very nice, small family hotel. Highly recommend.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Less than a minute walk to the beach and the breakfast was very very good!!! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Although it’s not in the town centre, a grab ride into the centre is less than 10minutes.
